Austin's Colony of Bryan, Texas

Photo of front entranceThe Austin's Colony neighborhood is located in Bryan, Texas near the intersection of Hwy. 6 and F.M. 158 (Boonville Road). The neighborhood was started in 1994 and is not yet complete. The neighborhood is home to Harvey Mitchell Elementary School and Austin's Colony Park. The large city-maintained park includes covered tennis and basketball courts, a full sized in-line skating rink, playground equipment, soccer and baseball fields, covered ramada, grills, disc golf course, sand volleyball courts, and more.

Austin's Colony is governed by a homeowner's assocation. Current annual dues are $108. Details on covenants and restrictions are available on this Web site.

The association's board of directors typically meets on the first Tuesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. at Harvey Mitchell Elementary School. Residents are welcome to attend.
