Board of Directors
The business of the Austin's Colony Homeowner's Assocation is administered by a 9-member board of directors. The current board members are:

- Donna Walker
- Mark Carrabba, advisory director
Directors are elected to two-year terms at the annual meeting of homeowners in September. The board typically meets on the first Tuesday of the month. Check the calendar on the home page for the next meeting.
