The Board of Directors for Austin’s Colony Homeowner’s Association were unable to conduct business at the annual membership meeting held on September 14th, 2021, due to a lack of quorum. Per Austin’s Colony bylaws, a reconvened annual meeting for all homeowners must be held within 30 days to elect the board of directors and conduct other necessary HOA business. The reconvened annual meeting will be held September 30th, 2021. Annual meeting packets and a copy of the ZOOM link for this meeting will be emailed to the email address we have on file for you (they will also be posted on the website).
